CancerCare Receives $1.1 Million in New Funds

CancerCare is excited to announce that we have received two donations from our corporate partners totaling $1.1 million dollars.

The New York Community Trust donated $700,000 and The Mary Kay Foundation donated $400,000. These funds will help CancerCare continue to provide financial assistance to those coping with a cancer diagnosis.

The Mary Kay Foundation aims to eliminate cancers affecting women and to end the epidemic of violence against women. The organization was founded in 1996 by Mary Kay Ash, after her husband passed away from lung cancer.
