The COVID19 vaccine rollout has presented many challenges, not least for those already coping with a cancer diagnosis.
The Global Cancer Coalitions Network, of which the GLCC is a member, is hosting its second Global Connection event, on the topic of Cancer and COVID19 Vaccine.
It seeks to answer patients’ questions from the perspectives of an Immunologist, Haematologist, Oncologist, and Psychologist.
The event will also highlight examples of good practice from members around the world in this interactive event.
Formed in the wake of COVID-19, the Global Cancer Coalition Network (GCCN) is a collaboration of nine global cancer coalitions and alliances, representing 750 patient organisations working on behalf of 14 million cancer patients around the world.
By working together as one and sharing of best practices, the global cancer community can improve the lives of people affected by cancer during the pandemic and beyond.
