An update from our colleagues at Incisive Health, the agency helping to co-ordinate the survey:

“We thank you all for continuing to share the GLCC patient experience survey.

Collectively, we have had 806 responses to the surveys, which is a great response! The UK has received 182 responses to the survey so far.

The survey closes in just over a week (31 January) so please do keep on sharing the link so that we can get as many responses as possible. For ease, the link is: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/LCLRXQB

At the beginning of the survey we note that it should take approximately10 minutes to complete. However, looking at the responses, we can see that most people are completing the survey within 5 minutes. Therefore, when sharing the link to the survey, it may be useful to mention that the survey is only open until the end of the month and that it takes less than 5 minutes to complete.”
